FUEGO CRUZADO

Fuego Cruzado is Troqué’s signature culinary gathering, where Chef Georgi Nedyalkov cooks alongside a renowned guest chef to create a special fire-led lunch centred around the paella pan.

Each edition revolves around a signature rice dish as the main course, accompanied by dishes to share, live music and a relaxed, communal atmosphere.

Guest chefs have included Ramonkey (Ibiza), Erlantz Gorostiza and Adrián Bosch, turning each edition into a celebration of produce, technique and cooking with heart.
