Gabriel Barrios, Front of House Manager and Sommelier, leads the team with warmth and excellence, combining wine expertise with thoughtful service so every table flows naturally.

Music, lighting, service and spatial design work together to create an atmosphere that invites guests to linger. In winter, the space becomes warm and intimate; in summer, lighter and open, with the terrace and sunset taking centre stage.
