With Rodrigo González and Gabriel Barrios leading the dining room and pairings, the Troqué experience is guided with quiet confidence, so everything falls into place with ease.
Gabriel Barrios, Front of House Manager and Sommelier, brings a strong hospitality background in Tenerife and a genuine passion for wine. Based on the island since 2013, he has led teams across respected projects before joining Troqué in late 2024, where he combines knowledge, warmth and meticulous service to ensure each table flows with calm precision.
